Terms of Service

1. The service

Targeted Fundraising (“the app”) is a donation widget for Wix websites, developed and operated by Cheese Wheels Apps. It lets site owners collect donations through their own PayPal account and display live fundraising progress. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and fees

The app is free to install. The Free plan supports raising up to $1,000; the Pro plan removes this limit and unlocks premium features for a monthly subscription billed through Wix. Current prices are shown on the pricing section of this site and on the app’s Wix App Market listing. Payment processing fees charged by PayPal or card networks are separate and are not collected by us.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your campaign descriptions and for using collected funds for the purpose you describe to donors.
• You must comply with the terms of Wix, PayPal, and the laws that apply to fundraising in your jurisdiction, including any registration requirements for charitable solicitation.
• You may not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive campaigns.

4. Payments

All donations are processed by PayPal and go directly to the PayPal account you connect. We do not hold, transmit, or refund donor funds. Disputes, chargebacks, and refunds are handled between you, your donors, and PayPal under PayPal’s terms.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may update, change, or discontinue features; material changes to paid features will be communicated through the Wix App Market or by email.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cheese Wheels Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost donations, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can uninstall the app at any time from your Wix dashboard; uninstalling cancels the Pro subscription per Wix billing rules. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the policies of Wix or PayPal.
